Villas - County personnel has determined correctional officers at the jail are not being harassed by this administration. It seems personnel has a vested interest in stating there is no harassment. Hard to believe since three officers already filed lawsuits. Speaking with fellow officers, there is a consensus that the jail is a hostile work environment caused by management.
