Villas - Councilman Conrad, you are looking the other way from a million dollar savings by taking over the MUA after those poor employees begged for help from their management/board. The executive director, who was fired and arrested, was paid $120,000. The office manager was paid $110,000. Closed session minutes were released, unredacted, dragging those people through the mud all over, just to stick it to the board for not giving someone a big buy out.
