Could someone put the "NO TURN ON RED" sign on the traffic light

Villas - Could someone put the "NO TURN ON RED" sign on the traffic light pole on Rt 47. ? RT 47 and Railroad Ave. Those making a right turn onto 47 N from Railroad do not notice the sign that is 3 signs back off the corner. I get beeped at to turn . No one notices it back off the corner.
