Here in the Villas we have Section 8 - with multiple people living in one residence and a pit bull that runs loose and cannot be controlled by the owners and does its business on others' property. I do not know who to contact about solving this problem, it is not a police problem. We have lost the right to a peaceful neighborhood. These Section 8 tenants do not pay taxes, etc. but take over and ruin neighborhoods.
