Villas - To Cape May point, I agree with you totally, the reason people come to the East coast one is of the higher paying job market. Prices of houses are excellent, yes you do pay taxes but again the school systems are good and you get what you pay for. Interesting a lot of other states are still not open because of COVID, Washington state, Colorado still have restrictions, seems like there are people who live in NJ who will never be happy with what they have. You do have choices in life, should make the best of it.
