Villas - To Cape May about getting a Handicap placard, no it is not easy! My husband had Alzheimer’s and I rightfully got a handicap for the car from his physician. It has to be sent in to the state or go to motor vehicles to receive it. Do you really think that a handicapped person can manage to go pay the kiosk easily or a caregiver managing everything . I’ve been there, it is not easy, get over it, have some empathy. That’s if you can find a handicap spot!
