Villas - Can the Villas, The Township, or County implement some type of law against people leaving their Yapping, Barking dogs either outside alone, or standing at their front gate Barking, while your fat self sits on your porch, talking over your dog ro someone walking by, who also has a Yapping dog. I'm not a grumpy old man. I'm only 40, but when this goes on EVERYDAY, Multiple times a day, it's God awful annoying!!
