Villas - Can someone please explain to these "gangs" in this county that they are not above the law? That the general public owes them no respect and just because they follow their own set of rules or a certain "code" we the community aren't afraid of them. Watch out, there is a rise in the ages of 20-25 looking for acceptance in gangs.
