Murphy stated this decree will extend two months pass the official end of covid. Landlords will not be able to collect rent or start evictions until April 2022 .Small landlords of three or less units are not allowed by law to apply for grants or loans. Rental assistance is cumbersome and a failure. Take your units off market and let them sit empty. Those who rent will face bankruptcy.
