Villas - The bike auction that was held at Lower Township's rec. department was a delight for all the kids who were able to get one, however, it's funny how the rules applied to some but not all. The rules clearly stated one bike per kid, but at the end, people were coming with trailers to pick up, up to five bikes. This needs to be looked into.
