Villas - An article in a publication indicated that many roads in Atlantic and Cape May counties will have to be raised. A major road raising is the causeway going into Sea Isle City, and roads in Ocean City. Why does government allow developers to build on low-lying land, and then years later the taxpayer is saddled with the expense to correct the injustice that they created? The powerful will always win, and the working, taxpayer stiff will always get the wrong end of the stick. There's no consequences for the greed of the few years later.
