Is anything being done with all the mini-bikes, atvs, and souped

Villas - Is anything being done with all the mini-bikes, atvs, and souped-up go karts racing up and down the streets of Villas? They're out there for hours. No Lower Twp. police see this? You can hear them from blocks away. I called a couple of times and saw no police at all checking.
