Villas - Another year of power walking and riding my bike on the broken down Wildwood Boardwalk concrete walking path. I can't believe the sidewalks around Rio Grande to the Convention Center, Boardwalk. How the concrete is broken so bad there are holes you can see under the boardwalk. This has been reported time and again. One day I put a traffic cone on top of the hole. Wildwood Public Works can't patch this with some concrete? How long would it take, half a morning? I'm really surprised the tram car people never reported it.
