Villas - Another person was struck and killed while crossing RT-47 and RT-9 in Rio Grande this week! Pedestrians must learn to pay attention and cross when legal and safe. I constantly see people running across and Jaywalking, its crazy and will cost you your life. It is a very upsetting and all too common happening in this community.
