Villas - The animal control officer in Lower is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals I have ever met. I had kittens under my house that I'm renting on Carolina Ave. in Villas and he told me to stop feeding the cats and hung up the phone! I don't even feed the cats! I called committee and they assured me they would handle it. I am just appalled.
