Villas - All employers are screaming about not having enough employees to do the jobs in their business no matter what business. Most of the time employers do not respond to the application either interested or not or you go to an interview, they say we will get back to you later. This is happening a lot to a lot of people, what gives! You can’t collect unemployment until you work the specific amount of time, why are they not employing. These people are capable of these jobs! There are 2 sides , there are people looking for jobs!
