Villas - After attending the Lower Township meeting June 15, and hearing the presentation on the need for a dog beach on the bay, I have a suggestion for all the dog lovers in the township and others: There are many private beaches in the township that are owned by private owners. Why not negotiate a sale for a beach for "dogs only?" The sale price would be modest, since the beach property is worthless. This way you could dictate the terms and conditions among yourselves with common interest. The only rules would be your own without governmental regulations!
