Would you hire an electrician whose quote is 10 times more than another electrician? Would you hire a plumber, painter, HVAC or other craft person with the same circumstances as with the electrician? We all know the answer, however we are forced to pay the extortion rates, or more softly-stated monopolistic prices of doctors, dentists, lawyers and drug prices.
