Wildwood, why do you pick out Philadelphia as the ones buying up properties down here, it is a free country, people everywhere can buy. Also, living down here has always been a problem for workers to be affordable. Rentals are hard to find everywhere no matter what county you live in, I know people trying to find places in Camden county, had a difficult time. These owners have taxes to pay and all utilities and upkeep, that isn’t easy either.
