Why is it that Lower Township is willing to put up $50,000 a year to outsource animal control instead of paying for township workers to continue to do it? Where is the $50,000 coming from, counsel's paychecks? Hopefully not from township residents. Also, if you have some company from way up the road doing it, what is the response time going to be when an animal is attacking a child or another animal.
