Why doesn't Lower Township discontinue the picking up of leaves and brush? The township makes it so easy to dispose of them. Just how much would we, taxpayers save if this service was discontinued? I feel they are your trees so why should we, taxpayers pay to have your leaves and brush picked up? We rake ours and take them to the landfill.
