While walking my two dogs on leashes July 11, picking up their waste and a few beer bottles along the way, a dog approached us, coming out of a bay front property. I yelled at it and it took off back up to the house. As soon as we passed, it returned and I watched as it did its business on the beach; no owners in sight. To those on the bay front, don't go blaming everyone else when it's one of your own.
