Where are the police? Since the man on the odd side of Village road, bayside—had all the no parking signs put up, people are forced to park in the 400 block—-thus blocking driveways &especially mail boxes. Had to pull on my lawn to get my car out—let alone, my mail box being empty for 4 days now.
