When will the LCM School Board and administration do their job and hold the Athletic Director accountable? When people are hired because of a relative and being a nice guy, it becomes much more difficult to hold people accountable and base the job on performance. If LCM based job retention on job performance, the AD would have been relieved of his duties a year into his job. It is absolutely terrible and people that care about the kids need to rise up.
