When I went to college at Stockton 84-88 Central Jersey Bank paid most all with my student loan, tuition and fees, housing, and meal plan, as long as I maintained a 2.5 GPA each semester. I got a tuition aid grant of $600 a year too. I paid off the loan monthly in 10 years. Kids today do that at Stockton, their payment is $1300 a month. The money Biden is talking about reduces that payment to $1200 a month. Let the student pay it. Not the taxpayer.
