Every industrial country in the world, except So. Africa has universal health care. The saying is, if you have money you will be treated with dignity until your money is depleted. If you don't have money, well, you get the very minimum care. Outsource doctors, increase numbers in medical schools, regulate big pharma and become part of the other developed countries.
