To Villas what you say is true, parents should be parenting, but this has been going on for years. There are so many dysfunctional families out there that if you have the opportunity to help some children it is worth it. Children going hungry is not new either, now times are tougher. There are struggling parents out there who do not have the resources or money, some are doing their best. How do you solve this problem. Sometimes the system fails these kids also, not an easy fix.
