To the Villas spouter wondering about air BNB's, you make a great point which never entered my mind. If you live by one you are subjected to a wide variety of different people who are there to enjoy and a lot of times party late into the evening. Very unfair to the neighbors of the community. I like my neighbors but that would change in a heartbeat if they did that to our street.
