Traveling around Wildwood, you can't help but wonder if a permanent job has been made of infrastructure/street repair! There is always work going on, but the streets never get any better. With the high property taxes, you would think there would be smoother streets. No sooner is one street torn up and patched, then it is opened again for some other reason. Who's getting paid off?
