Today's Democrat party has become the boogeyman party; i.e., the only way they know how to gain your vote is to scare the pants off of you; i.e., the Republicans are going to take away your Social Security, we all are going to die if you don't listen to us about "Climate Change," etc., unlike FDR who told us we had nothing to fear but fear itself.
