There seems to be a big problem with favoritism in this county when it comes to jobs. Certain people think that because of who they are related to that will automatically grant them access over other well-suited, potential employees for a job they want without putting in the hard work and time that others have done. It needs to stop and the hiring processes need better monitoring. The problem is that it's allowed and happens every day. Or the people who are hired for a job are eventually pushed out and false accusations soon will follow to put a family member in that position.
