Some professionals in Lower Twp. seem to be a little crooked. There is a contractor who must have an "in" with someone in real estate and the township because there are many properties that he acquires before they are even listed, scooping them up for much less than they are worth, making our property values decrease. The "improvements" that are done are terrible.
