So much for the new Ordinance in the Villas,Lower Township,About zero tolerance on quads,dirt bikes.This week end was out of control,with the same groups,starting at 8am,all day.Nothing will ever change,only get worse.They a making the Lower Police look bad,and they are laughing at them.
