The so-called "Homeless problem," predominately drug users, like a cancer have virtually destroyed many cities and towns, even a threat to Rio Grande .Time for World War II heroes like MacArthur and Patton, to clear areas of these people, which the National Guard can do. Yes, it was shameful that the victims were WW I people, but I hardly believe that is the case with people who have chosen an adverse life style at the expense of the majority.
