Riding a bike or motorcycle in Cape May City is very dangerous. Parents with kids on bikes are worse than dangerous. The place is a killing field. Are there still towns that keep parking outside of town, like Harper's Ferry... if they still do that? Cape May should do that. This cannot go on.
