To the responder about Employers in warm climates, I think you have a lot of nerve thinking they go away all the time. I was in a local good restaurant the other night, the owner was clearing off tables to help their employees. But they are allowed vacations! A lot of employers are hands on. Don’t judge unless you know what you are talking about, even small restaurants down here the owners are visible. Just tip correctly.
