The residents of Villas have been subjected to someone roaring up and down our streets on a motorcycle. Without radar, I'm guessing he/she hits 80 mph! We can hear him/her rev up from blocks away and listen to his/her ride throughout the area. Complaints have been registered with the LTS police without appeasement. Most likely some child or older adult will wind up hurt or killed before the police stop this person. Can LTS be held legally liable for not stopping this person if and when someone gets hurt, since we have prior knowledge, having not attempted to stop or catch the person?
