Residents in R-3 (Mainland Residential) zones should be aware that Lower Township's Ordinances (400-15) prohibit more than "6 dwelling units per acre". Whenever you receive a certified mail about someone seeking a "Variance" from this ordinance, they probably want to exceed this "zoning density" limit. Same, originally, was designed, among other things, for fire safety. We don't need any government inattention (nor gullibility) to be responsible for fire being able to hop from roof-to-roof.
