In regards to the spout off from w.w. crest in reference to no dogs on the beach from a certain time to a certain time. You shouldn't worry about the kids digging in feces and urine. There's more human urine and feces in the sand and water than dogs so think about that. Take a little sand and a little water and check it out under a microscope, you'll be surprised whats around you at that beach. Happy Summer!!
