Please Lower Township Police, do something about the young kids that are out of control near Mowery Ave. in the Villas. They all walk in the middle of the road, daring cars to hit them. They scream as loud as they can, and use expletives as loud as they can. They throw bottles at cars and shoot the finger if you blow the horn. Something bad is going to happen.
