People in Lower Township might stop blaming the private firm that runs Animal Control. The Township manager and councilman know that all types of dogs are running loose in Villas and have taken a stance not to deal with it or think the private firm in charge can handle it on their own. That might change once a kid gets bit instead of the recent adult that got bit. The question is who do they sue for not doing anything?
