Particularly in Cape May with bicycles, these are adults, just turn in front of cars, never get off of the bike to cross. Also skateboarders on Beach Ave, down the middle of the street in front of cars, they really don’t care. I stay away from that area now, that was just one trip there. I guess they feel entitled to have the right of way. In just an instant you could hit someone, they literally turn right in front, we were going very slow.
