The other day I walked with my dog in Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Management area. After my dog did his duty, I picked it up in a refuse bag and carried it with me back to my car. However, on my way back, I passed by 7 people all of whom were walking their dogs. I noticed that not one of them was carrying a refuse bag. Where did they put their dogs' poop? I hope they did not leave it where their dog dropped it. It is inconsiderate not to pick up your dog's refuse anywhere.
