OMG! Customer Service is at an all-time low. I just got done making 5 phones to local business for service, a doctor's office, and a local bank. Each person I talked to on the phone had no phone business etiquette, had no knowledge of what I needed to know on service. Never answered the phone by the business name. Did not speak nice, everyone acted like they couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I taught customer relations and service, and phone etiquette for over 30 years. You all got a big F. The business owners or managers should really look into how their employees treat their customers on the phone.
