Now that tinted windows are "not a thing" anymore, can we work on enforcing laws on after-market exhaust systems on big trucks and teeny cars? Is there any value to gunning these vehicles over the speed limits on quiet streets so that it sounds as though your neighborhood is being attacked by giant thunderous leafblowers??
