Trump put Mike Pence life in danger on 1/6 , so Pence probably told Trump " Go pound salt " on the endorsement. Trump should have taken better care of Pence. Pence had "Trump' s " GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD ". And Pence ripped that card up.
