The Lower Township Police need to show a presence at Clem Mulligan Park. There have been vehicles parked on the side of the road from the time kids get off the bus until 10pm. Alcohol has been observed and suspicious activity. The park was redone for the kids and they are currently not safe going there. There are cameras at the park which are clearly not being used. Do they even work? Lower PD needs to do better!
