Lower Township almost cost the taxpayers a 100k in a lawsuit recently but got lucky. A 1st amendment YouTube auditor came to the Township filming the building and the Township Manager didn't like it. Luckily a veteran police officer got there and didn't make things worse. A poorly trained policeman showed up and tried to limit his accessibility and give illegal directives but then just left before he got in anymore trouble. It's a public place and anybody can video there anytime. Know your rights!
