Its so true about the all the Quads,atvs,and Dirt Bikes that were out during the snow storms in the back streets of the Villas.Those streets that were mentioned in the other spouts is very true,and nothing done after being reported.It was also reported about Mowery Ave,Bentz,Weber Ave,almost causing accidents on Mowery Ave.Police called and nothing done.This was not a short time playing by grown men. This was all day into the late night.I was up at 1am and still can hear them ripping through the streets.Can someone tell me how this is allowed?
