It’s not about change with cell phones and parking in Cape May. The whole thing about just finding a parking space, that is the main reason I don’t go into CM, then paying exorbitant amount to park! For people to make assumptions about others saying don’t want changes, not true. Seen plenty of changes in my life, but I do not have to go with something I don’t agree with, my choice!
